Biography
Sharon Nijjar
Sharon Nijjar joined the Clinical Audit Support Centre team in August 2009. She has previous experience working in the NHS and won placement student of the year from De Montfort University for her work conducting patient surveys across primary care from 2004-5.
Upon completing her degree in Finance and Management in 2006, Sharon joined Wolseley UK’s graduate training scheme and worked in a range of roles incorporating HR, communications, marketing, merchandising and project management. From 2008-9 she served as Project Manager for Wolseley before leaving to join CASC.
Sharon is a Prince2 Practitioner and possesses a nationally recognised qualification in clinical audit. Her previous work in the NHS was published in the International Quality in Primary Care journal and she will have responsibility for undertaking a wide range of tasks for the Clinical Audit Support Centre.
Away from work, Sharon married Harnam in July 2009 and the couple live in Royal Leamington Spa. She is a keen traveler and enjoys taking part in a range of different sports.
